I believe that the struggles we face in the present are often linked to wounds from the past. In therapy, we’ll work together to uncover those roots—not to stay stuck in the past, but to understand it, so you can finally move forward with clarity and self-compassion.​
Clients often tell me they feel safe in our work together. I bring a calming, grounded presence into the therapy room. I pay close attention to emotional undercurrents, listening not only to what’s being said but also to what often goes unspoken.

While I value harmony and gentle guidance, I’m also not afraid to invite you into deeper awareness or gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you. You set the pace—my role is to walk alongside you, helping you better understand your story, your relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I see therapy as a sacred space where healing begins with being fully seen, heard, and accepted.
